- Only register and tag people-friendly, non-aggressive dogs
- Respect the privacy and safety of other users

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and technology on LostDog.ai are the property of Lost Pet AI Services LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
6. Service Limitations
LostDog.ai is a tool intended to assist in pet recovery; however, we do not guarantee successful results. We are not responsible for missed alerts, unsuccessful recoveries, or actions taken by third parties.
7. Membership and Fees
LostDog.ai may offer paid membership plans. All pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the terms presented at checkout.
8. Disclaimers
LostDog.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Pet AI Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of LostDog.ai.

12. Not Insurance
LostDog.ai is not an insurance service of any kind. We do not guarantee the recovery of any dog under any circumstances.
13. 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund
If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of registering, you may request a full refund by emailing contactus@lostdog.ai. Refunds are processed within 72 hours; however, posting times may vary by financial institution.
14. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of registration. No refunds will be issued after this period.
